Bicert S.r.l. — internal on-call notification program
Program description: This SMS program is used exclusively by Bicert S.r.l. to notify its own designated on-call maintenance staff of urgent service tickets opened outside regular business hours. It is an internal operational tool, not a consumer marketing program.
Recipients are Bicert S.r.l. employees who are formally assigned on-call maintenance duty. As part of accepting this assignment, each employee consents verbally with their manager to receive SMS notifications on their company-designated phone number for the duration of their on-call period. No member of the public can subscribe to this program.
Message frequency varies and is triggered only by real urgent maintenance events reported outside business hours (e.g. water leaks, elevator entrapments, gas leaks). Typical volume is a few messages per week at most.
